Winter build. Shortened it 4 inches so far. Gonna do a wide lowered tray with rev footholds. Also doing a carter b nose on it. Built the hood out of a wave raider hood. Pics so far.

Are you still making fixed steer square nose hoods?

Looks good I would overlap onto the original hull on the inside a couple more inches if I were you. The more surface you can grab the better.
