She's gone 13 years on the stock pistons. My winter project is to rebuilt it. I can pick any old place to bore to the next size pistons, but I might as well have the cylinders ported too. Randy/Watcon seems retired. Who else could I rely on to port Octane cylinders?

If you pull the seal out, you can measure the ID and OD and buy a seal that way or take it to an auto parts store or bearing/seal store and match it up.
Do you have a pop-off (i.e. relief valve) in the tank? What pressure it is set to?
I'd been using Zone Alarm (zonelabs) for a while as a firewall. SP3 does not paly nice with it. Anyone have an opinion whether the WinXPSP3 firewall is good enough these days, or still go with another aftermarket firewall? (personal pc, home workgroup, cable w/router).
Almost no-one on this board is going to care about piston-port intakes. Everything is reed-induction through the crankcase (maybe some rotary-valve but not much).
Update: I re-drilled the steering nozzle thru the plastic. I don't know how long this will last till it rips out, but the nut it on tight so the clamping effect should add strength. I am real happy with the results. The steering works good and no need for an older pole and cable.
