Are they 48’s or 49’s?

You have to set the engine up properly. Cases need trenching along with some porting. I had shims/spacers cut vs using thicker gaskets. It’s how you want your engine built. You can’t drop this crank in a set of stock 800 cases and go. It won’t make a full revolution.

I’m almost positive they are the 133 Kawasaki hot rods. I will check later this afternoon.

You can use the piston brand of your choice. My pistons start at 85mm on one engine and 89mm on the second engine.

I have always used wiseco pistons.

nice selection of parts… do you know if the head pipe is the Kawasaki style or Yamaha? Would you be willing to just sell the steering stem? What’s the back story on the molds? Any pictures of them and what’s your asking price? Thank you

Most likely not a gen1… I’m hunting a 140 pump for my gen1 too. Easiest fix is to make a spacer.

how many o-rings are on the chamber?

I’ve seen them setup on a power box as well, I believe the theory is along the same line as a boost bottle but have ever ran ever either or fully understand them.

from what I can gather it’s basically the Japanese version of the 650/x2 factory pipe chamber but shorter so seems like she’ll be a screamer up top.

That’s why I’m trying to get some feed back on his setup. People have different ideas maybe this setup rocks.
