I run mine on the firewall, behind the ex man. Easy to get to for charging, or swapping out.

Got it figured out. Disassembled the carbs, flushed and blew them out. Then put them back together. So when I go re re install them I notice some weird looking indents in the carb gasket. I lift off the gasket and there are flat washers under the gasket on the studs... Assumption, got the best...
