Just planning a new build and am curious as to what you guys think about set-back vs non set-back pumps? What advantages/diasadvantges of the set-back? other than modifying the prop shaft do I need to consider anything else?

I cut mine flush with the back of the hull. You may wanna try removing the tubbies as well if your just using it on the flat, you can turn it on a dime!
I've pulled the motor out of my jet to give my ski a respray, looking at at the underside where its scuffed and scraped from years of beach landing. What are your guys using to fill and prep this section? Expoxy resin and thickeners? or is there something else out there that you would recommend...

Yeah sproks getting one ordered for me stocksy. Had a go with one at the weekend. Weird to get use to but definetly a bigger wake is created.
Will think about canibalising my hull at the end of the year now as its starting to get warmer.
