Hey Guys, any idea where I could source some paint for the black Superjet in Canada? I know its yamaha black 0033 YB but so far I can only see that available at ColorRite in the states. Some gelcoat came off the hood when I was removing a decal....aaaaah!! so annoying.

This is sold at a local store Canadian Tire, thought I would try it. its pretty damn good, melts the glue in seconds. You still have to scrape the glue off but it works really well. Use in a well vented space......wooooh

Thanks guys, thats some good advice to go on. Those decals are like on to stay!!

Does anyone has a real smart way, or know a product, to get that insane glue off a superjet once you remove the decals ??

After I said that I checked their install notes too! Think I read somewhere that if you need extra cooling you can run a new line in from the pump or use the stock bilge line. Once you start on these mods the alterations never end....its fun though!

Ha Billcruise !! those brackets end up being a work of art if you try and keep all three bolt holes usable. I ended up doing what Cameron did and slicing off the entire lower section. Seems to be ok so far. Enjoy the new pipe. do you know if you will have to add another cooling line for it...

hey Cameron, I forgot to ask...how did you plumb in the cooling lines? did you block one on the head for now? there's also that really thin one to the exhaust, did you just block that one off too?

The big change will come with the B-Pipe then, glad to hear the cut down exhaust bracket is holding up. I'll start saving for my pipe !!

Nice piece of work, I have to do the same now that you have shown how to do it. What filter adapters have you put on? ADA? is the clearance ok for your flame arrestors?

Awesome. so stock pipe, girdled head ! I'm just putting an ADA in my SJ with stock pipe and had planned to block off one of the outlets from the head. Your setup would be like putting a Y in between the outlets to the pisser. Does that not flow the water away too quickly? obviously it works...

Just looking at this image, are both outlets on the head going out to a pisser?
