Hey all. Anyone here running a HPE819 with a b pipe and mikuni 46 carbs around sea level? Stock pump and 10/16 hooker prop. Looking for jetting specs cause I’m bad at jet tuning

So I’m replacing the pump shoe in a Bob gen2 with a Worx pump shoe. When I install the pump shoe and screw in to the original holes it doesn’t line up correctly vertically and has a lip from the pump shoe to the top of the pump. Will this cause cavitation? Do I just grind out the whole thing so...

How much without the prop? And got a wear ring for it? I’m in Eugene

pull the whole OEM assembly off, theres a pin that holds the hinge bolt in place. remove that, unscrew and push the bolt out, remove the OEM latch, place new latch on, put bolt back in, replace safety pin, re-attach assembly, go brap! (I THINK that was all. Been a while since i did mine...)

Did you check spark? Check ground? Check your cdi. Had that happen to one of my skis last year and it was a bad cdi.
