Good afternoon all,
I'm looking for replacement aluminum tubes that go inside the KP pole. I see the RRP ones on blowsion are around $50 each... anyone know of a vendor that has ones that aren't RRP? Maybe a tad cheaper?
Nope no lanyard. I also take my AG battery out after every ride and did the same before I put it in storage for winter. No power was going to the unit for about 4 months.
I removed the extension cable from the Zeel unit and had the same results.
There is spark when I crank the motor using the start button and the Zeel unit is plugged into my laptop.
There is NO spark when I crank the motor using the start button and the Zeel unit is NOT plugged into my laptop.
Crap, that's the worst news I've heard this year :( This is exactly what I'm seeing. The RPM's read when I crank, the test spark fires loud and bright. Darnit I really didn't want to have to purchase a whole new zeel unit.
Confirmed with my volt meter that I'm getting power to the Zeel. For giggles I disconnected the fuse leading to the zeel power and tried to "test" spark through the software. It wont fire when there's no power to the zeel.
I'm having some spark issues after re-doing wiring on my 760 Zeel setup in my 1107.
The motor cranks without issues.
I can see spark when I test it using the software "test" button
I can see spark if I crank it with the programmer plugged in via USB to my laptop...
But if I unplug the laptop...
For visibility. I live in northern Arizona. I ride in 50 degree water and during storage it gets down to 10 degree air temp.
I also ride in havasu where air temp is in the 100's.
Your initial theory where this occurs on big temperature swings fits my story.
Hey all,
I was doing a leak down test today after installing some new crank seals. I noticed the pressure would drop pretty fast so I knew I had a leak somewhere post installation.
Found this spot with a soap/water spray.
Motor is an ET1107 These are 62t cases that have been ported and have...
I'm not sure why but mine doesn't, and I remember reading on here that other had the same experience. Not sure what I've done wrong...
Anyway.. Does anyone make an aftermarket flywheel cover that accepts the pickup from the 760 electronics? I'd love some colors to match the rest of my build.
The bottom right bolt on the flywheel cover doesn't line up. I was assuming this was everyone's experience when attaching a 760 front cover to a 701 crankcase?
