Ended up pulling the motor and turning it on its side to drain it. Then started by rebuilding the carb. The oring around the needle felt very warn so I'm guessing that was the problem. Once everything was back together and the entire inside was cleaned it fired right up. I looked...
Pulled the flame arrested and opened the throttle and gas is filled in the intake manifold. What's the next step? Pull the motor and dump the fuel? Use a fuel pump to pump the fuel out? Motor still spins freely.
I pulled the tank and pressure tested it, didn't see any bubbles form when sprayed with soapy water. There isn't any oil residue around any of the gaskets on the motor. So I don't think it overflowed thru the motor. Guess fuel lines would be next should I just start by replacing them?
