Any luck with your problem? My square nose is having a similar problem. No throttle response until i get the pump out of the water and get it turning. Then at 3/4 to full throttle it runs nice.

Ok, thanks everyone. Thank god for forums. The ski is turning over fine, just no spark, yes. I guess ill wait for this guy that pm'ed me to get back to me with payment info for a cdi. Are the 61x and 62t cdi's interchangeable?

Ive got a 95 superjet 61x, no spark. I went on vacation and let a friend ride it while i was gone (big mistake). When i get back, no spark. So i dont really know the events leading up to failure. I did resistance test on the stator and got a reading of 335 ohms. So i got a used stator for $80...
