I'm breaking in new cylinder and pistons running 30:1 mix... is it common to have a lot of oil in the rear exhaust pipe? Also, I just started to tune the carbs. Right now it seems to jump from 1/4 throttle to 3/4 throttle with no 1/2 throttle. I'm running a 735 JM blue ported (was a 760)...

Picked up a project ski with a factory b-pipe. Top and bottom adjustment screws were drilled out and re tapped with 1/4-20 bolts. The middle adustment screw is seized and stripped out. My question is: how much of a difference do these tuning screws make? I was planning on just backing out...
