    Flat Water Barrel Roll

You can glue some lifters on the tray sides for your feet to fit under. should keep you from separating from ski. Used to use these before bindings were invented, think first Rick Roy video shows them

    Av fuel in 701

Av gas Group K did a report on fuels, look it up in there archives. Good info. AV gas has less power than regular gas. BTW less octane is more power as long as it's not detonating your engine to piesces

    701 question

any ski will eventually get up, get on plane, i just think it's a lot work for little improvement, just a little more work to have much more power, i would save the time, effort, money for a bigger motor, but that's just me. .

    Rippenkroeger Barrel Roll

    barrel roll

It might sound wrong but go off waves that aren't breaking yet, it took 2-3 waves for me to figure it out, but I never liked the look of those rolls, though they should be just bigger flatwater- type rolls...tailend high, just my opinion, you are assured a safer landing doing them the way you do

Surf or Flat water!!! help help help

rolls surf is simple, just go on 2-3 foot waves at first, make sure you can put the ski into a nose down or taildown landing before you go off bigger waves. and MAKE SURE THE WATER IS DEEP ENOUGH TO LAND IN ...probably better to learn off boat wakes in a lake, if you bail your ski isn't washing...

    Suggested Freestyle Mods?

side exhaust ditch the rear exhaust, cut your water box in half, drill water holes bigger, add 1 more air tube, cap from exhaust (to rear of ski) relocate exhaust outlet to front, route exhaust out left side of ski. outlet is simple to make too, make it so it is FLUSH with the hull (mounts on...

Mods I didn't know you had the capability of making a pole but was going to suggest it. if you email me: brad.w.bull@gmail.com. I can send pics and dimesions of an OEM pole which should be -2"....I would do the Rick Roy version, NOT adjustable, welded. Bottom can just be 1/4 flat aluminum...

    Suggested Freestyle Mods?

Welding if your buddy can weld, have him build you a new handlepole bracket, 1 that is as low as possible, and forward as can be ,and clamps the pole tight, this will bring the nose down and give you a lot more control, can be made of zinc plated steel, 1/8 plates at Home depot or lowes will...

    Flat Water Barrel Roll

I do the same thing...if the ski you are riding has enough power you don't need to hop at all, you can just quickly gun it and chop the throttle right before the wake letting the ski sink, then gun it and roll from there. This and the "hop" clears out the pipe, keeps your rpms higher than you...
