Maxium makes nice boats. And yes, something heavier and maybe with a deep V hull would be ideal. I'd assume that the 3.0L is a four cylinder which will be good on gas.

measure the clearence between the wear ring and impeller with a feeler guage. The clearence should be what, .5mm max?

if it's something you can file down, go for it. but if it's more severe, like mine was last week, I'd send it out for repair.

i have an aqua cart. It's ok, I really do like how it totally breaks down to transport. I wish it did have bigger bunks, but I can't complain, I got it barely used at a great price.

I'm gonna have to see how things go with me. Maybe I'll drag out the old shark and make an apperance. If she's not up to it I'll still be at some of the races, they're too fun to miss!

okay, now I know I've asked this before but I forget what the answer was. I think it was back before last season I asked where to get stainless metering block screws from? Actually I remember that it was a kit to replace all the screws with stainless ones. I need to get some this year for sure...
