I had to take out the front seat, remove the hood from the ski, and mount pvc rails on plywood that just sit on the cargo floor. To get it in I made a beach cart that can lift up ot the same height as the cargo floor and it slides right in. I then use the cargo hook to keep it from sliding into...

You could always put the ski inside the prius and still get 45mpg.

Very nice Despite what anyone else says, I'm with you on the thumb throttle. Top notch custom work, and cool innovative ideas. Definately got a lot of great project ideas for my FR-2. Wish I had time to try it. Only one problem... the fixed steer wouldn't fit in the Prius.:frown:
