Turns out the charge coil went bad

Hello all, I've got a 701 waveblaster 61x with a Pro-tec Pipe. I have never tuned/adjusted an exhaust pipe before and noticed adjustment screws on the sides. Does anyone have any expereicne, info or advice for this or just simply how to adjust? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Problem fixed! Turns out the in-line fuel filter and the basket screen in the carb were full of debris and preventing fuel to go through the carb. Also, one of the check valves in the carb had somehow been pinched inwards. Replaced/cleaned the items listed above and now the ski runs...

Definitely going to check fuel tank now that I noticed debris in in-line filter. Next step is carb pump because I have a feeling there is going to be some type of debris in there.

Agreed. You mentioned fuel issue and I had the same feeling.

UPDATE: Took it out on the lake and it had the same issue with the new cdi so I ruled out cdi. Next I swapped out the in line fuel filter (a lot of debris) and that helped! It didn’t die like it normally does, but still running at about 70-80% capacity (as if it’s struggling a little bit). I...
