Could u not made a plastic bit to glue the strap holder instead? Use a cutboard from kitchen and trim it . Works great. Never a Good idé to bolt something there if u loose a bit- jooko

U need to dry that pipe and tune some carb. A neerby friend that know whd And you make good power
