13/18 variable, stock aluminum grate..i had broken the original aluminum grate and got a new stock one and put it on and now this..i didnt change anything..

i have an old school kawi ts 650, it takes off great out of the hole with the intake grate off. i put the grate on and it cavitates. if i turn to the left or right outta the hole it doesnt cavitate with the grate on. i had it all sealed up nice so thats not the issue.. pump clearance is good...

i have not seen it in person but hes told me himself the paint isnt the best. i have a good buddy who does autobody work so i would have him paint it up nice..

what and where would the fuel pickup be?

could it be the stator or cdi?

thanks guys. like i said it runs fine on the trailer and revs up great and idles but once you put a load on it misses really bad. im believing its the coil. will try that and inform you all on what happens. thanks again

i have a 98 super jet and it idles fine and starts fine but once you start to ride it and it starts to bog and miss alot. almost like its notting getting complete spark. any answers?

fixed it and its amazing!!!!!youd be surprised what a little silicone will do!!

my super jet cavitates on low end.i changed the pump seal thinking that was the problem but it wasnt, now im thinking its the pitch of the impeller? i have a 13/18 concord... anybody have any ideas? thx
