Ok, called up Forward Air, they will provide the crate at the terminal in Atlanta, so like 90 minute drive for our man mcdog, and then to me in Kent, so 60 min or so drive to get it, takes 5 days or so lead time, costs $650 and takes 4 days across the US coast to coast. So that's that. So yup...
