if you guys are having problems with the wrestling shoes, you're buying cheapy aasics or something. Buy a decent pair of addidas sydney's with the zip liner, they are pretty well sealed and you won't get anything in them. spray a tiny bit of scotch guard on the outside and you're good for years...
