Yeah it sets me up for a disappointment.

I can’t take credit for the design but I clean up all the models to make them machinable and figured out how fixture/machine them from start to finish.

Having the head just a tad off tram will leave a nice deck surface finish. I’m about .0015 on a 10” circle with my indicator.

Not a tunnel support. I’m replacing the sheet metal running boards so the snow doesn’t pack up in them and bring the runners up in to the tunnel and suspension bolts for strength. I was using a 3/4 ball nose custom built by GWS .05 step over. It’s very common in this industry to leave it as is...
