Id have to agree with supertune with the multiple moulds and fine tuning, same thing here. Takes 1-2 yrs to
get somthing were you want it before releasing it to the public..thats to say what your income is to spend and
if you have other things in the works at the same time..Cost me about...
Agreed^^ DASA all the way. Iv personally used 3 motors threw them. 8mm 85bore a 12mm 89bore and a full billet ground
up 12mm 89bore. All have 230psi domes (vp c12). All have big power and no issues.
You stated: Depending on material cost as long as I could have a small profit I would definitely have a go at it. Once you figure that out you will realize
you will need to be in the 4500.00 to make it even worth you while. Like waterfreak stated as we both know you will be paying yourself...
Let me clear you up BUTTHEAD, the BUN chamber was suppose to fit. This was back in 2009 and i was one of Erics first to use the 62t
in the EME q8. The pipe was shipped from japan and no way was it going back due crunch time to make it to HAVASU in 09. I redesigned
the chamber still keeping the...

My testing is they work just fine with no issues as long as there built and baked with the right resin and the layup
is correct. We use carbon all the way threw (Not just a...
Here is one i made awhile back. Takes to long to build to profit from... fallow the guidlines withing the
factory waterbox. I made my 2 centertubes on the inside 4mm larger than oem and added bigger holes on mid wall
to release water faster, gave the box a throaty sound.
The 411-350 is not clear for see threw perposes. At least you will have to use a hybrid resin, epoxy being prime. Poly has fast cure times
and shrinkage due to this. Poly resin has its place but not for this, (exhaust chambers). Epoxy has slower dry and reaction times
and will alow the part to...
Your going to blow a few motors/setbacks building your own chamber, comes with the territory. Just giving you a heads up, even then after its done you will wonder if its any good you can wonder but that is it. From there you need to buy the proven thing and test agenst it.
After speaking to you...
WESTcoast pipe, have one here on my friends 650sx same thing. Those ribs on the chamber are so u can cut it to make it shorter and still
have a lip for sealing. Kind of like a limited to a mod.
