What's the SBN jetted to Mile9c1? I could use one for a 650 that I've been working on. I have the same issue. I have a 44mm BN, but question why I should use it as a door stop like everyone says.

I just cut up two 440/550's. One of which had the rails cut down and foam exposed all winter and there wasn't even damp really. Maybe the first 1" where it was exposed. I don't think this foam holds water like the others.

What footholds are decent for the 440/550 ski's? Been thinking of making my own, but I really want to get this thing moving and I'm short on time. Maybe buying a cheap set is my best option.

I laid glass up both sides of my conversion as well. In hind site I wish I'd have laid a little extra at the nose area. Too late now.

Cut the mount in half and weld a 1/2" section of bar stock in. That will move the mount end / cable end closer to the carb.....
