Nice but I am from Germany does anybody know the oring sizes of this head. Try to find something here but many people say that they are the same as the Ada head but others say it does not fit

Need new o rings but don’t know exactly which one it is because there are different ones. Or does anyone know the exact o ring size for this head ?
I know that it don’t tell me anything about the clearance themselfe. Do you all think I don’t have to worry about it that the piston is on one side nearer to the cylinder than on the other side ?

The machine shop says clearance is perfect he don’t do it for the first time. I believe him.
Do you have any idea why the pistons Is so close to one side or does anyone see this before or is it perhaps normal and I have only not see...

Building up a new engine at the moment.
The cylinder is fresh bored and honed. Can’t measure the wall Clearence. The ring gap is 0,09inch which is ok for oem pistons I think. Normally I use pro-x pistons and they have a larger ring gap but on this pistons stands only 61x00 and Art hope...
Hello I have a scary noise in my superjet dont know where it comes from.
Today I want to check the Hood hose and regogniced that the noise is on cam.
Today I filmed the engine to show you the noise.
Would be nice if you can hear it. It is the howling noise you here in the movie uploded here...
Have a thrust reducing nozzle with trim installed they are smaller than the oem ones
Don’t worry about the shims on the pump only the 6mm on the motor mounts
That’s a really really good point because the shaft is also in the middle of the center holes with less shims but the cold fusion tool does not fit than. Will try to shim it a little bit too use less shims in the the back and still be in the center.
But I start at the back not at the front because I aligned it with the cold fusion tool so that it is perfect aligned
Because of this I also have so many shims under the motor but normally when it’s perfectly aligned in the hull people don’t need so much shims on the motor mounts

Hello do my pump alignment today on my oem superjet 2003 hull but I still need too much shims for it.
I installed the pump and the driveshaft was too deep no problem.
Aligned it with the cold fusion tool but at the end when it fits perfectly I needed 8mm shims in the back of the pump. Don’t know...

I want to rebuild a starter normally I don’t use new washers but at this starter I ordered the oem starter washer kit
But now I am confused because in this kit are 5 of the small washers for the backcover
The manual shows only 3 ones and also only 3 where installed
Somebody know why...
