as in coil pack you mean CDI? i have electric box open right now, so i clearly understand see the schematic but idk what the coil pack is.. also, when i put my flywheel back on i did not use a torque wrench, is that an issue? i wanna ride so bad!!

Alright, so here is the deal, i just got back from the bahamas and still nothing on the ski, i just went over everything again and the spark is weak. i had to take the boots off to get any sign of spark, what does that sound like to you guys?

ill give it a try though i dont think it is the problem.. i really just dont have spark, where would i put the multimeter to test the stator and cdi?

YOU gotta be kidding, maybe i dont wanna BUY one. lol im waiting on a friend to bring one by... the goal is to not spend more money buying the tools then to actually fix the thing..

well i'm having trouble getting an analog voltage meter.. but i think that is the problem, im not gonna make any moves until i know it is though.. and no i do not have a manual unfortunately

well i just went over all of the wiring and still nothing, no spark, everything seems perfect. im beginning to think it may be the actual distributor

whats wrong w/ 93 octane? i figure better quality gas makes the motor run better, its not like its race gas... as for the stator it is hooked up.. and still very clean.. so i dont see why it would go bad...

yes 93 oct but now that everything is back together i cant get spark... think maybe i out the flywheel on wrong? or idk... im lost now lol

OK now im stumped, the compression is 115/115 the flywheel key is perfect, the motor has spark.. what am i missing...???

so i got the flywheel puller on but the flywheel does not want to budge.. is it usually this hard to remove a flywheel? EDIT: got the flywheel off, the key is in perfect shape.. is there anything else that may be affecting the timing other than the key? EDIT: my friend forgot to bring his...

alright ill go get a compression tester, and im getting a flywheel puller tonight so ill have all the info real soon

the plugs have gas on them, but here is the thing even when i put starting fluid under the spark plugs and in the carb. but it still wont even fire, the plugs show spark though.

yeah the spark was perfect, i also replaced the spark plugs, do any of you guys think the problem is carb related? i havent gone through the carb, but i dont think it is because it was running perfect yesterday
