It probably hit a sandbar at some point. the thin cast aluminum doesn't have much flex before it cracks. They can be welded though. -
Freakie replied to the thread Help I've got company coming and our 94 701 WaveRaider dash is showing overheating issue.You can just unscrew the bolt that holds the temp sensor in and pull it out and cable tie it away from the head....it will stay cool...
