it will idle, just when you give it some gas off idle or real low rpm's (like blimping around) it will hesitate like it's not getting enough gas, but then clears out fine if you keep the rpm's up.

i guess it's more of a lean hesitation then. Sometimes when in real low rpm's, it will shut off

in low rpm's it feels like its not getting enough gas and just bogs a little but clears out in higher rpm's. I guess I really just need to know what the jetting and pop off is like you said.

Yep definitely need to clean it up. Didn't ask him what method, just said he would sand blast it and weld it. Should I maybe try JB weld, just so I can ride until I find a new one?

I have a factory pipe limited chamber that has a crack in it, also saw that the support bracket in the pipe is broken. Took it to a welder and he said 40-60$ to weld the crack, no warranty. Is it worth welding? I would gladly buy a new or used one but cannot find one for sale.
