    ok, no go with the starting fluid. i now know that its a tuning issue. seeing that i bought the ski used, i have no idea of the jet settings or the carb screw settings. not sure where to start, do i need a tach? how can i learn about how the carbs are jetted. i contacted the guy i bought it...
