Hydration, Exercise, Diet, Stress and Sleep play huge roles in BP. If you want it down it is more a lifestyle overhaul/change your looking for and some hard choices to make. In the end it usually works and keeps working.
For sure get in to see your Doc for labs and tests. If your not taking supplements , start. They help. I take 5. C 1000mg, D, tumeric, mag/potassium/zinc, B complex. Big difference when taking them
Looks like you had structural instability prior to it getting painted ( going with you didnt damage it on the ride) and this allowed the structure to flex thereby cracking the new paint.
