Placement looks good, you'd need to ride it for feel. I epoxied mine just to be careful, small cracks can become catastrophic especially with vintage hulls. I'd had to change my turning style with the tom21's, boat tends to want to sub but that can be corrected with the right amount of power...

Heres my Tom21 install, water just seeped in and some imperfections just would seal with silicone. Ended with epoxy You do turn on a dime and would slide the rear some if it unhooks. Maybe I need a longer rideplate?

Just the stripped midshaft

In the last 2 years I have gone through 1 drive shaft snapping and 3 midshaft rebuilds stripped splines. Have searched but can not seem to find and threads that details rebuilding proceedure to the drive shafts. On to my 4th rebuild and thanks to Chris @JetManiac will be sorted with brand new...

Have a dual carb protec intake for 61x case and a pair of 44s, thinking of going dual carbs. Before that need to find a linkage that would be fit. Any idea where I can find one that would work for this setup? Tia

I'll have to agree, water seeps in and it all goes south from there! MX goggles the way to go, foams off from the vents.

Do you still do louies style hood and nose for the SN SJ?

Your tray gonna be same level as stock level?

Looks like the exhaust going to exit from the side. From top or bottom hull?

Is it legal to go dual carbs or what is there to make it compete with ltd RN and SXRs?
