What should the squish on the sxr800 with some mods? Changing the head and would like to check it.

Just picked up a sn superjet with some good mods. Its a 650 with a group k big bore kit ,single carb ,riva pipe. But it seems to bog when coming out of a left turn and then going straight. When I got it the tank was dry. The ski was stored for a number of years. Any ideas? Thanks
