What epoxy and glass is best to use?

I'm pretty sure it's a crack. I will try to get a better picture. If it is a crack what's the best way to fix it?

Hello my superjet has a crack running from the rear eye a couple inches. What is the bast way to fix this. The rear has also been deformed if that makes a difference. Any help would be great! Thanks
