Yea I'm not too hot on winging a 6k purchase. If the new SJ is 4 stroke my problems would be solved but I'm not holding my breath on it.

I heard that from a dealer in CT but another dealer in NJ said that he has customers from NY do it all the time some how. Plus the DMV has no clue and I get a different answer every time I call.
