B pipe headpipe for sale, manifold side was bored by jetmaniac, believe it’s about 51mm. Top and middle screw are closed up, bottom screw is fully adjustable and not seized. 235 shipped.
Well she's been done for a little haven't had a chance to post an update/ride report.
Sent my motor and electrics out to @JetManiac for a full overhaul. Truly did a beautiful job. Big thanks to him and his builder blue.

Hey what are you guys using that have done the swap? Stock nozzle hits the ride plate. I know some say the protec nozzle works, but are there any other options? Thanks

Got my tom21 tubbies glasses on.
Filled in the area by the nose for a more seamless look since I won't be using the stock plastic piece and I picked up a lowered pole mount from waterdawgkustomz.
Also filled this area in instead of turfing it

So I'm at this point with my tray. Having some issues with the glass staying down on the top corners. So I trimmed off the excess and I'm gonna do a few more layers. Whats the best way to get it to stay down besides a vacuum, maybe clamps with foams?
Yeah those plates felt pretty solid when I pulled it but did find one motor mount that needs replacing. Plus I'm not too worried about it mostly just do flat water riding jumping off boat wakes and what not.
I can definitely not see a 155 fitting with out some serious glass work. 144 is pretty...
So here's some updates
Got the tray foamed. Ordered some expanded polypropylene foam from flyingfoam that won't absorb water. 5 sheets of 1.5" 1.9 density. Still fairly light and only cost about 90 shipped. Did two layers, laid the first one on edge for more strength and the second layer...
So I'm looking for some insight on how to fill in the nose area to make it flush on my fx1 where the stock purple plastic mounts over the hand pole bracket.
Was just figuring on using an epoxy resin thickened with a filler and pretty much just globbing it on and sanding. Is this the best way...
