Is it a 61x or 62t cylinder?

That happened on my XL800 luckily I was able to rip the battery cable off before it roasted the starter. It will most defiantly get stuck again.

You could easily use a set of calipers to measure the stroke though a plug hole. 5m could be the over bore putting it at 86mm.

I always thought the 4x4 vans were factory. Halliburton has a bunch of them at their Williamsport shop with big tires and heavy duty steel bumpers for hauling people.

Awesome! No water ingestion, no winterizing, & no flushing(?)! This would open up a ton of riding spots for lakes restricted to electric motors. Too bad the PA Boat Commission 20hp limit prohibits PWC's regardless. Skip the 4stroke entirely.

Extended nozzles give you more precise steering without the twitchy feel of a quick steer.

Nice work! Fix that starter and get after it. I've pancaked my bone stock machine off of freak setup wakes by mistake. Deep glassy water gives the best setup wakes.

How is there 5-85 828cc package?

Some say they hook up better because they sit lower. Tighter fit to the rideplate too.

Where are the mount locations for the four strokes? I am guessing they are different than the triples and 66e.

VXR650 & WR500 for $400 on a double Torsion axle galvanized trailer along with a basket full of oem parts still in bags. Sold the parts & parted the wr500 for close to $1k Kept the trailer & the vxr is getting sold this spring.

The solenoid got stuck on in my couch so to finish out the day with some slalom skiing and hauling stuff back we just disconnected the battery. The PV's won't work without the battery. Off idle nothing changes. Out of the hole it just didn't spin the prop so no real diff. While towing and trying...
