sorry bit off topic but was it just a direct swap from the x-2. i posted a thread and havent got any replys yet.. i have a donor x-2 that im really wanting to swap the trim over but have some questions.

i need help I know ive read someones thread on putting the trim from an x-2 on a 650sx i don t think i was dreaming lol. but any help would be great thanks

Everyone says just buy an sj but i picked up a 650 with hitch hauler for $600 and i love it. I can easily get it out of the water i mean yea it lacks the power you will get out an sj but honestly ive already started doing low end mods on mine and prob will stick with this ski for a while.

we will be riding this weekend 8/4/12 on lake waco if anyone wants to join.

yes im going to do a trim system in the near future and seeing how i already had the rear of the tray exposed i went ahead and cut it so i didnt have to rip up the turf and redo it. Plus i didnt like how the lip covered the top of the nozzle. Method of the footholds???? we glassed them in let...

Finally found a ski i liked and could afford so ended up buying it and i have to say im addicted to it now! it has minor mods dont to it carb, intake, set up for premix, turnplate with bar conversion and finger throttle, footholds and more to come! i have plenty of pics im going to start posting...

i used 3m adhessive remover with a razor blade worked perfect! the only problem i ran into is i live in texas so i did it in 102 degree weather so i had to keep respraying to keep it wet but once i figured that out it came off easy.

look really good how many sheets of turf did you end up using?
