If you're worried about crankcase pressure, carbon reeds are harder to pull air/fuel through then whatever was in there. 125psi is low from memory. Grab a service manual there's one on here somewhere. And it sounds like your fuel is getting stuck inside the carbs. Do as wanderer1 said

That'd depend how good a skiier you are and how much coin you throw in... I would think a good rider could make it look a million dollar's. I've barely had time to ride as its winter here atm, but its a very fun boat from the little riding i have done
