Sleeve bored out as in to be replaced i ment.

What should it be, like a nice .030-.040 radius? Concering part is the aluminum being hurt behind the sleeve. Once i bore the sleeves out this should be able to be repaired hopefully?

Thanks guys, think I've got it sorted now. What's everyone use to glue turf down on the inside of the hull? Want to add some rub protection for the pipe against the bottom of hull. Sikaflex or quick grip?

Yet test it but gives you an idea. Seal fits nicely on the outer 'lip' I just added some sikaflex to be sure.
