I have a 93 550 sx reed motor that I am converting to dual 38 sbn silver body carburetors . It has a light clean up port job by LPW . We are trying to get jetting specs for this setup. Anyone know what they would be? Thanks!

Thanks! I have other JS skis to turf so I can use the templates again for the next job.

Here are some pictures of my first full turf job on a stand up ski . I used poster paper to make templates to cut the turf. I put 26 mm padding in the tray and shaped a small kick tale on the rear. Did the rails too.

You will have to drill and sert the bed plates to bolt down the 701 based engine. The mounts won’t line up with the kv mount holes. Also I went with the Yamaha mid shaft and pump on mine but I think it’ll work with the KV mid shaft also. You will need some sort of bracket to mount your e box to...

Yes you will need an aftermarket manifold to run that head pipe. 440 / 550 are the same. PJS , OCJS , West Coast will all work.

A friend of mine is running 38s on a 760 right now and they work well. He’s saying they have better bottom end snap.
