I asked the an engineer about turning the ring gear around and he said he would have to cut anouther leading edge on it and it would be weaker

My MSD is around 4 years old

The flywheel in the photo looks like a Kawasaki flywheel as it has 2 holes for the magnet ?

Ideally I need just the ring gear yes, as I have a fly wheel and wanted it lightened but the guy told me the ring gear was no good and to buy a new one

just a quick update with my build guys ski has now been sent to a ski builder in uk as iv not got time to complete it should be completed by Christmas if any of you guys are looking to buy a hull I would defiantly recommend one of these

@wirelessbob hi mate yes first i bought the addinal ware ring from larry which was machined down by 6mm but when i tryed to install on the hull the bolt holes did not line up so i had an additional 5 mm machined off it . It did have the plastic liner and i did not use the pump seal i just used...
