I plan to bring my boat out this year to make some waves. Was great 2 yrs ago 15-20 people on my boat, guys going huge off v wake... TC had to rip a 30ft BF off the v wake... Even single boat the wave is decent... Been away from the sport for a few, but getting that itch again to start...

That pretty ski has moved to the old aircraftsalz build shop.....Will post up some build picks next week.... heres the basic build specs xfr, billet RRP pole, RRP steering dasa8 mil 950, b pipe, fs49's, MSD enh, xm water box skat setback billet 148 mag, thrust trim... soon to be backflip...

Install a oem SJ hood seal... That's a must, some Rickters came with junk seals.. also the hood latch should be tight (snap when you lock it down) if not cold fusion has billet hood side hooks that have some adjustment which helps pull the hood down nice and tight.... and install the thrust...

I think the Dasa 4 mil is a great motor.... Cranks are cheaper than a full stroker motor... Hits a lot hard than the SS 850 ... I set mine up with TL, PFP, and loved the package... Sold it to my buddy and installed with B pipe and Stock electrics and was very happy... It lost a little top end...

First off matt_e is right... Pump gas on a 1100.... I have rode a few Dasa 1100's.. Things that don't work on the Dasa 1100 (b pipes, small pump, low compression, and stock electrics) if you have to run any of those on the 1100 your better off with a stock stroke jetmanic bb....If my memory is...

Pm box was full That motor only has about 50-60 gallons of fuel tops... Complete overhaul with new pistons from XS , hone cylinder, crank overhauled by Crankworks (it's a Crankworks crank, so I went with there bearings) ... Pfp pipe with waterbox 125 pilot jet in pipe Carbs 130 pilot/142.5...

Setup I found that worked the best with the big cc motors/skis I have built in the pasted... CF Mid shaft housing. (same reason tanner said, most a/m have a flush or smooth firewall and Carl's mid shaft housing has corrected the problem.. And billet just looks cool, just ha to see after you...
