guys thanks for your replies, haven't had any time as of late to get on here, i managed to free it up with some wd40 down the bores and it was fine, we took the ski out sunday and it was running sweet, same for tonight until it started running rough, for some reason 4 exhaust manifold bolts...

hey KNM so i pulled the engine right out the way, impeller spins fine, tried engine side but wont budge :( were do i go from here bud? cheers :cool:
