I had originally bought watercraft factory footholds. I gave them away. Extremely extremely small. Not chance you can use an under pad. I wear a size 11 shoe. My riding shoes would not even begin to go in the footholds, even without hydro turf. They were much thinner than the tom21's as well...

I really like my tom21's with a one inch under pad... fits my boots good. Without an under pad it'd have too much room.
