Brand loyalty is retarded. Some things are better on the Kawi, some are better on the Superjet. One thing is for sure, I would rather lift a Yamaha into the back of my truck.

I finally got to ride one last week ,a bone stocker, absolutely loved it,with a lightweight hood and a pipe that would be a damn nice boat,yeah I pretty much bleed green.
Nothing wrong with staying with a company that's always treated you right.
I would always consider buying another brand if they released something new.
I jumped ship form Arctic Cat back in 05 and never looked back.
The SXR is a better handling boat than superjet. I also think kawasaki SXR has better electrical system & pump set up than the sj. Yes, the SXR weights more but you don't have to reinforce or refoam. SXR will suit any rider but the guy that wants to just flatwater freestyle. I agree with you about using the right boat for the right purpose. But overall I think Green rules.
The yellow is the worst color ever for the SXR. Change that otherwise ride the crap out of it.:icon16:

I replaced the pistons because I ordered them before I tore the ski down...Figured it would be worse than it actually was and didn't want to miss a day of riding. Prop I believe is a 13/18 solas....sorry ,bout like you I have owned to many ski's. Main 152.5 and Pilot 80.

It was running 185. Pump Gas. Did you get the JSU head with the ski? I still have the v-force reed system, r&d intake,Mikuni 44's and Novi 48's also.
