looks are important to some.personally comming from a bmx and skateboarding back ground i where shorts with my wetsuit because i cant stand to wear or be seen in clothes that are so damn tight against my body.some say what they want its just the way i pimp my gear.

my answer the questions is simple, I wear em cuz ya never know when your needed for a beach volleyball game(happens alot on superior) or need to hang with the chicks on the beach. They dont wanna see ya laying around in a wetsuit, well maybe they do, still looks silly tho. End of the season I picked up a pair of Thor MX riding pants that zip into shorts, theyre light, strong, and look good.

Riding in the Upper Penninsula I can see why you would want the shorts. Keyword: Shrinkage. Nobody wants to see thet. ( not even beach going co-eds)

skateboarders and BMX ridrs around here all wear tight clothing. tight clothes on a skateboard allow you to spot the board easier when it flips so you know when to stomp it, and on a bike we always wear tighter than normal pants cause you dont want them getting caught up in anything when your crankin at a gap and you can spot the pedals better. when i ride my ski i have a black wetsuit with some old scool blue life jacket that i found that has "full throttle" on the back and i have a pair of vans checkered slip ons. guess i am not in with the trendy upbeat style.

Hmm, I don't remember ever seeing the skateboarders wearing tight clothing. I was beginning to think they were REQUIRED to wear their pants under their butt cheeks with their underwear hanging out. :afro:

haha thats usually the kids out west. i know all the kids i used to skate with wore pants that looked like they were painted on. maybe if the different styles throughout the country, but i know all kids around here wear like super skin tight ripped jeans.

I wear shorts over my wetsuit because:
A) I saw someone else doing it, and I thought it looked better
B) Water is cold and it does hide my already small penis
C) Sometimes I don't keep getting wet, and the wetsuit will dry out, and shorts will help hide the salt crystals that form around the croch area from pissing.


And no I don't wear anything under my wetsuit....

Jason, don't worry that suit you got was mostly safe, I only wore it a few times when I was younger, and my buddy had it for a while, and I don't think he did anything with it, but he wore it once that I know of.

The 'new' thing is to wear your pants super tight, its coming back...baggy pance are not cool anymore.

I think it looks pretty gay but what do I know...

My little brother and his friends where girls pants so they can get that extra tight, low fit....weird!
