As the title states. How did u mount PFP water box and get it low enough for exhaust hose to clear intake manifold?

Not an oem hull but I did have some trouble with this in my SF. I used a couple metal elbows to bring the hose up high

what Matt said, use some OEM elbows and you can use a piece of tubing(like some off a rrp tube) and use that as a coupler to join the hoses together. I haven't done it yet but my setup is rubbing the backs of my dual carbs and I need to drop mine down, I will be doing what matt said just lower for my application

Then again, I just remembered that I also had some trouble with the exit elbow on the PFP waterbox hitting the intake manifold.

Gil has so much money into this OEM hull ski that he can't stomach getting anything else.

Cut a hole in the bottom of your hull and lower the box down into the hole.... Connect the hose with hose clamps...... Hope this helps

So I see the long ex hose IS crunched up around the carbs and manifold. So I take it you don't have trouble with holes rubbing in it?

Do what I did, take a wal-mart bag stuffed with pubic hair and wedge it between the carbs and hose.

I'm pretty sure I put mine in the front of the ski and I used some silicone couplers and stainless hose clamps

is there room under the intake manifold to run the hose then change the rear exhaust pipe location lower in the bulkhead?

No, because the PFP box outlet points up at an angle, right into the intake manifold.
