after the built in tubbies, the side need to be extended , in the same time , i'm thinking for the futur mold...

I think at this stage I would just make a mold, I hope thats your plan???????????????? Would be a much cleaner build than just glassing over foam I would think. Maybe I missed something and that is the plan?
