Just an awesome company period. The support I have received all summer long on my XS1000 package has been AWESOME. Someone ALWAYS answers the phone or calls me right back. I will never go anywhere else for a drivetrain setup. You pay big bucks but they don't f**k around - you get what you pay for (awesomeness). There advice, support and of course parts are the best in the industry.

For all those people that post on the forums asking about X Scream Inc. products and services, don't continue to post - CALL. You are much better off establishing a relationship via phone and receive more personalized support.


Thrust Innovations

Between breaking parts and needing stuff express shipped to me so I can enjoy my weekends, Brian NEVER dropped the ball. Awesome guy - always picks up the phone or calls right back. The support behind his parts are the best in the industry.

Crankworks

I had a horrible expierence about 2 years ago with Crankworks (SLOW turnaround times). They redeemed themselves this summer by getting a crank done for me in around 3 weeks turnaround time including transit. I have also sent a couple cranks down on behalf of some locals and same thing, good pricing and around a month turnaround time. Will continue to use for our crank needs.

The cream always rises to the top.

There's a long thread with people complaining about poor service and quality of certain manufacturers and sellers. Doesn't take much to find out who the good guys are.

I forgot what it's like to wrench on a motor almost 3 years ago. That's when I installed my X-Scream 717cc.
