Does the WR 201 grate come below the hull on the ski? Or is it flush with the bottom similiar to the stock one. Reason I ask is because I keep my ski on a floating dock on its belly and dont want it resting on the grate.

3/8" - 1/2" below hull.

mine sits on a flatbed trailer or my truck bed all the time, no problems with it yet...

i carry my ski in the bed of my truck all the time you just have to be carefull.if your too rough with it you could crack the pump shoe.

just put 2 sticks of 1.5" pvc pipe on the dock, like trailer bunks, so the chines can sit on them and keep the keel elevated a bit.

thats how my SJ sits when i put it in my van. it makes moving it a lot easier too.
