wiseco piston

I am looking for a 85.5 mm flat top wiseco piston part # 9664m. Can anyone tell me where I can get one or What other piston will work. Thanks

What cylinder do you have?

You can use Wiseco part number 7886M08550 or Riva part number RY1000-61X-85.5 or the Kawasaki small pin pistons 813M08550 depending on what you have.

9664m is the R&D dominator piston that is no longer available.
The closest piston to that is the Riva piston. The problem with the Riva pistons as they have a true 0* degree flattop piston top and the R&D pistons are a Kawasaki exact copy dome top at 2* degrees, Riva piston will have lower compression ratio due to the loss in piston dome.

The 813 Wiseco is the Kawasaki 750 big bore piston, it will have the same dome top as the R&D piston but the ring pin locations are different and skirt design is for the Kawasaki engine and will need to be modified to fit in the Yamaha application.

It is a 61x cylinder. If I use the riva pistons, Will I have to have anything done to them or will they fit right in? Thanks for the help

Use the Riva flat tops with the 61X big bore.
