winter battery maintenance

hey i'm sick of buying new batteries. what is the best way to maintain a sealed battery? it's the stock one from an sx-r.

store it in a warmer area, something above freezing for sure, on a trickle charger made by battery tender, always had good luck with them, and they say to keep it off cement

I use a battery maintainer year round

I charged mine every month for a hour, no problems at all.!!!
